Tip: If you have trouble collecting the Fluxweed, try placing your cursor at the very front of the hood at the very right side, before zooming out with your keys. The Fluxweed should glow up now for you to collect. – You may need to refresh the site until you succeed.

If these measures don't work, there may be a number of reasons why.
First widen your browser so that it fills your entire screen.
If that doesn't work, try to zoom out (not between the layers in Pottermore but the actual browser). Here is how:
To zoom out you press, "Control" (if Windows) or "Command" (if Mac) and the "-" key.
(To set the screen back to normal press, "Control" (Windows) or "Command" (Mac) and the "0" key.)
If you still can't collect it, try to clean your browser's cookies or try with another browser.
If nothing works you should write to Pottermore by following the link you'll find in the side bar.
